Each month, form.216 offers a full schedule of classes across seven intentionally designed formats — all built to target different aspects of strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery. These aren’t random workouts. Every class is programmed with purpose, and every format trains something specific.

We also rotate in specialty formats like yoga and Pilates throughout the month to support recovery, breath, and movement quality.

JULY CLASSES: FORM.FAST

MONDAY: form.Burst- Hybrid

Practice the pace, then push it.
A hybrid circuit that trains repeatable power. You’ll move through explosive drills and pacing challenges that build endurance, speed, and energy management.

TUESDAY: form.Anchor- Strength

Ground your strength. Build your base.
Intentional, strength-focused training. Clean form, smart tempo, and movement control help you build the kind of strength that lasts — and transfers everywhere.

WEDNESDAY: form.Trigger- Cardio

React. Redirect. Reinforce.
This cardio-agility format is all about reactivity and quick transitions. Expect speed drills, redirections, and explosive movement designed to train both brain and body.

THURSDAY: form.GroundForce- Strength

Control the force. Own the movement.
Core-driven strength meets full-body control. This format trains anti-rotation, isometric holds, and tempo-based lifts that help you stabilize and perform under pressure.

FRIDAY: form.Contrast- Hybrid

Explode, then control. Contrast it all.
Each station pairs a powerful movement with a slow, controlled one. You’ll switch gears, challenge coordination, and build adaptable strength and endurance.

SATURDAY: form.Surge- Hybrid (60 minutes)

Surge forward — again and again.
Wave-style intervals help you build stamina and power under fatigue. Each round increases in duration — testing your ability to recover and repeat with purpose.

SUNDAY: form.Recorse- Strength

Restore strength. Reset control.
Our strength + recovery class blends postural work, core training, and deep pattern resets. Perfect for building resilience and bouncing back stronger every week.

form.Heat- Yoga

Tuesdays 10:15 am

Experience a vibrant, heated yoga class designed to energize and challenge you. Flow through dynamic poses focused on alignment, mindfulness, and breath work in a creatively structured session. Expect temperatures above 87°F as you move, sweat, and reset—perfect for all levels, though some yoga experience is helpful. Leave feeling stronger, centered, and fully refreshed!

form.Power- Yoga

Tuesdays 5:30 pm, Thursday 9:00 am, Saturday 10:00 am

A fitness-focused yoga practice that blends strength-building with increased flexibility. Class begins with a dynamic warm-up and energizing sun salutations, followed by a powerful flow sequence. Expect to move with intention, syncing breath to movement, all set to an upbeat, motivating playlist.
