Each month, form.216 offers a full schedule of classes across seven intentionally designed formats — all built to target different aspects of strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery. These aren’t random workouts. Every class is programmed with purpose, and every format trains something specific.
We also rotate in specialty formats like yoga and Pilates throughout the month to support recovery, breath, and movement quality.

OCTOBER CLASSES: FORM.FAST
Monday- form.climb- Hybrid
Push your limits with progressive intervals that get tougher each lap. You’ll build strength, stamina, and core control as you “climb” through the workout. Expect a challenging grind that leaves you stronger each round.
Tuesday- form.hold- Strength
Every station starts with a controlled hold, then moves into dynamic reps. You’ll feel your core and trunk light up as you build strength, stability, and body awareness under load.
Wednesday- form.wave- Cardio
Ride the wave of effort — steady pace, push, sprint, recover. This cardio-focused class blends ergs, agility, and bodyweight work to train your heart, lungs, and muscles to handle shifting intensity. Expect sweat and repeatable power.
Thursday- form.iron- Strength
Strength day, pure and simple. Heavy compound lifts and loaded carries build grit and raw power while reinforcing trunk control. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more stable, and ready to take on anything.
Friday- form.grind- Hybrid
A hybrid challenge that alternates long grind sets with quick, explosive bursts. Strength, cardio, and core collide to test your endurance and speed. You’ll dig deep, push harder, and leave it all on the floor.
Saturday- form.stamina- Hybrid 60 minute class
A longer endurance grind with a mix of strength, ergs, sleds, and ropes. First, everyone tackles the full circuit together. Then, we split for an upper- or lower-body stamina finish. You’ll build resilience, lasting power, and mental toughness.
Sunday- form.grit- Strength
End the week with grit. Heavy upper and lower body options at every station let you choose your path while pushing strength under fatigue. You’ll feel challenged, empowered, and ready to start fresh next week stronger than before.

Tuesdays 10:15 am
Experience a vibrant, heated yoga class designed to energize and challenge you. Flow through dynamic poses focused on alignment, mindfulness, and breath work in a creatively structured session. Expect temperatures above 87°F as you move, sweat, and reset—perfect for all levels, though some yoga experience is helpful. Leave feeling stronger, centered, and fully refreshed!

A fitness-focused yoga practice that blends strength-building with increased flexibility. Class begins with a dynamic warm-up and energizing sun salutations, followed by a powerful flow sequence. Expect to move with intention, syncing breath to movement, all set to an upbeat, motivating playlist.

Elevate your movement and redefine your strength with form.SCULPT - a mat Pilates experience designed to lengthen, strengthen, and define your body with precision. This class blends classic mat Pilates principles with dynamic strength and endurance work to create a powerful sweat-worthy session. Expect core stability sequences, bursts of cardio inspired movement, and mindful muscle activiation; all while building postural alignment. Circl’ Mobility
Tuesdays 8:30 am, Thursdays 6:30 pm
Circl' Mobility is a gentle, functional movement training that is based on the latest scientific knowledge. This 30-minute program consists of flexibility, breathing and mobility exercises and will support you to move better and longer, overcome physical limitations, restore basic mobility and even expand your own range of motion.
